Sinemori

As one of Turkey’s largest and most engaged film communities, Sinemori is a platform that explores cinema in both its mainstream and alternative expressions. Rejecting conventional and didactic frameworks, Sinemori sees cinema as a living, breathing, and ever-evolving cultural form. Staying true to this approach, we designed a new visual world inspired by cinema itself — and by the emotional connection it creates with its audience.

At the center of the new identity is the Sinemori mark: a custom-designed “S” shaped around a negative space that symbolizes the cinema screen. This form also evokes an embracing motion around the screen, opening a visual gateway to Sinemori’s new tagline: Embrace Cinema. The tilted angle of the screen within the mark echoes the scale and epic quality of cinematic experience. These angular forms continue throughout the custom logotype and the wider visual system used across social media, reinforcing Sinemori’s distinctive perspective on cinema. The new color palette captures the immersive atmosphere of cinema: bold red from the seats, radiant white from the screen, and the deep black that fills the room as the lights go down.

This new identity aims to make Sinemori’s passion for storytelling, its evolving relationship with cinema, and its bond with its audience both visible and tangible, while also laying the visual foundation for what lies ahead.
